GNC serves any Hall County resident whose income falls below the 150 percent federal poverty level, is uninsured and not eligible for Peachcare, Medicare or Medicaid.

Patient application interviews are conducted by trained staff and volunteers. Applicants must bring proof of household income and residency in Hall County and provide information on dependents and number in household. Once patients are screened they attend a short orientation session and are given an appointment for their first visit.
