Obtaining an Appointment

After approval of eligibility, usually that same day if all information is provided, the individual will receive an appointment for the patient orientation class, usually within 2 weeks.

At that class the patient receives an appointment for a medical or dental visit. Immediate needs are evaluated by medical/dental staff and appointments are scheduled as available.

Patients are seen by appointment only.
